Swimming is my well-being

Swimming makes me feel good in every way. Water is my element. All it takes is diving in, and everything takes on a different dimension. Time slows down, my mind clears from usual thoughts, and all my muscles work, ensuring their tone. The sound of water and my breathing blend together, creating a harmonious symbiosis. My arms and legs are free to unleash their energy, making movements that would be impossible to perform and coordinate outside the water. Sometimes I swim calmly, while other times I pick up a more intense rhythm. The marathon runnerโ€™s logic takes over my mind: I start slow and steady, then speed up toward the end of the swim. At the end, my breathing quickens, my heartbeat rises, but I donโ€™t stop until I feel exhausted, swimming as hard as I can, as if there were no tomorrow. Indeed, I feel this inner strength driving me forward, a force I compare to horns, given that my zodiac sign is Capricorn, which, of course, has horns. Itโ€™s the same strength that has accompanied me throughout my life, especially during tough times, but I feel it much more vividly and intensely while swimming. In conclusion, swimming is a way to release tension, so besides being an excellent physical exercise, itโ€™s also a balm for the mind.
